Our Lavanda house is the fourth house in our spacious resort nestled in the Piedmont hills around the village of Castelletto Uzzone. A paved lane leads you up the hill, through woods and meadows, past our two other houses, Stella, Pigna, and Peppola, right to the Lavanda house. The property, with its large tiled terrace and heated saltwater swimming pool, welcomes you in an oasis of tranquility among chestnut trees, offering sweeping views across the hills and valley. The house is detached from the other houses. It is identical in design to our houses Pigna and Peppola, but has two additional bedrooms and offers space for up to eight people over two floors and a gallery. The house, the adjoining pool, and the fully fenced garden are exclusively yours (no other guests).

The house "Lavanda" is situated a generous distance from the house "Peppola," with trees and plants providing complete privacy between the two houses. Access to each house is independent.

In the basement there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80x2.00m) and a large bathroom with shower, bathtub, sink, toilet and bidet, as well as the laundry room with washing machine, ironing board, iron and clothes rack.

The ground floor, approximately 50 square meters, is bright and open, with a modern living area that flows seamlessly into the modern, fully equipped kitchen. Large sliding windows on both sides offer fantastic views of the valley and its rolling hills. From here, you can access the roughly 50-square-meter terrace with a saltwater swimming pool (approx. 8 x 4 meters, depth approx. 1.40 meters). Another bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 meters) is also located on this floor.

From the ground floor a staircase leads to the gallery (approx. 30 sqm) and another small bedroom with sloping ceiling and a double bed (1.60x2.00m) as well as a bathroom with shower.

The entire house has tiled floors and underfloor heating, except for the gallery (which has a wooden floor). The spacious terrace wraps around the house and is fully tiled. You can spend balmy summer evenings in our lounge area on the terrace, where awnings can be extended for sun protection. Enjoy relaxed barbecues; an electric grill is available for your use. The house is air-conditioned.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the house and by the pool. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, coffee machine, dishes, cutlery, glasses, and pots. Open living area with German-language satellite TV, sound system, relaxation couch and large windows overlooking the hills and valleys.

Ciriella 'Lavanda' is a non-smoking property; smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house or on the terraces.

The heated saltwater pool is exclusively for the use of Lavanda's guests. Darts and table tennis are available for your free use right next to the house.

The car can be conveniently parked in front of the fully covered basement, and suitcases and shopping can be easily unloaded. The house and grounds are completely fenced (approximately 1 meter high) and secured by an electric gate.

Ciriella "Lavanda" is located near the village of Castelletto Uzzone in the province of Cuneo, Piedmont region, surrounded by woods and meadows at an altitude of approximately 670 meters above sea level. "Lavanda" can be reached via an asphalt road that leads directly to the house.

From Cortemilia, the nearest larger town, it's about 10 km. From the Strada Provinciale 52, drive uphill for about three kilometers until you reach Ciriella. Extensive hiking trails start right at the house. A fantastic area with superb motorcycle routes through small villages, offering plenty of curves and little traffic.

Day trips to Cinque Terre, the seaside (the idyllic town of Noli), the Barolo wine region, a motorcycle tour along the Ligurian border ridge road (Strada del Sale), or to the thermal springs of Acqui Terme. Every autumn, the world-famous truffle fair takes place in Alba, offering a full program of events. Stroll through unspoiled nature, discover the wonderful cuisine of Piedmont, or unwind with a glass of wine in the cozy atmosphere of Ciriella.

We will hand over the keys to you upon your arrival and give you an introduction to the property. We are happy to provide tips and information and are personally available to you during your stay in Ciriella should any problems arise.

Ciriella is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house or on the balconies.

We offer flexible arrival and departure days.

We place great importance on hygiene and cleanliness. All our bed linens and towels are cleaned and disinfected in our own laundry. All kitchen utensils are washed in the dishwasher at high temperatures between each guest departure, and bathrooms and surfaces are additionally disinfected.
