Our little gem

Discover our small hideaway for 2 people, Picco , the fifth house in our spacious resort in the Piedmont hills around the village of Castelletto Uzzone. This approximately 80 square meter house accommodates up to 2 guests and features a bedroom, a bathroom, a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, and a small loft with a window, ideal for yoga.

An asphalt road leads you up the hill, through woods and meadows, to the house. Here you are greeted by a spacious terrace and a heated saltwater pool, nestled amidst woods and meadows, bordering a nature reserve. The house is situated in a secluded location at approximately 750 meters above sea level. The house, the pool, and the fully fenced garden (approximately 1 meter high) are exclusively yours (no other guests). Parking is available directly at the house.

On the ground floor is the bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a large bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine. The entrance hall can be used as a living space.

The upper floor is bright and open, with a modern living area flowing seamlessly into the modern and fully equipped kitchen, complete with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee machine, dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots, and pans. Large sliding windows on both sides offer stunning views of the valley and the hills of the Alta Langa. The open-plan living area features a dining table, a comfortable sofa, German-language satellite TV, and a sound system. From here, you can access the large terrace with a saltwater pool (approx. 6.80 x 4.00 m, approx. 1.40 m deep), which can be heated for cooler days in spring and autumn.

From here you can access the small gallery with a window, which invites you to do yoga or dream.

The entire house has tiled floors, underfloor heating (except for the gallery), and air conditioning. The spacious terrace wraps around the house and is also tiled; a lawn adds a touch of greenery to the upper floor, and palm trees enhance the holiday atmosphere. On the terrace, you can spend balmy summer evenings in the comfortable lounge area, and a dining table with chairs invites you to dine al fresco. Awnings can be extended for sun protection. Enjoy relaxed barbecues; an electric grill is provided.

Free WiFi is available in the house and by the pool. A ping-pong table is available for your use right next to the house.

The holiday home "Ciriella Picco" is a non-smoking house. It is situated amidst a virtually untouched landscape, perfect for long walks and excursions. Experience an unforgettable holiday – we look forward to welcoming you.

Ciriella "Picco" is the fifth house in our spacious resort. It is located in an area near the village of Castelletto Uzzone, surrounded by woods and meadows at an altitude of approximately 750 meters above sea level. You can reach "Picco" via an asphalt road that leads directly to the house.

Ciriella "Picco" is located at approximately 750 meters above sea level in the municipality of Castelletto Uzzone in the province of Cuneo, Piedmont region. It is about 10 km from Cortemilia, the nearest larger town. From the Strada Provinciale 52, drive uphill for about three kilometers until you reach Ciriella. Extensive hiking trails start right at the doorstep. A fantastic area with superb motorcycle routes through small villages with plenty of curves and little traffic.

Day trips to Cinque Terre, the seaside (the idyllic town of Noli), the Barolo wine region, a motorcycle tour along the Ligurian border ridge road (Strada del Sale), or to the thermal springs of Acqui Terme. Every autumn, the world-famous truffle fair takes place in Alba, offering a full program of events. Stroll through unspoiled nature, discover the wonderful cuisine of Piedmont, or unwind with a glass of wine in the cozy atmosphere of Ciriella.

We will hand over the keys upon your arrival and give you an introduction to the property. We are happy to provide tips and information and are personally available to you during your stay in Ciriella should any problems arise.

Ciriella is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house or on the balconies.

Flexible arrival day.

We place great importance on hygiene and cleanliness. Even before the Corona pandemic, we already met above-average hygiene standards. We intend to maintain this.

All our bed linen and towels are cleaned and disinfected in a laundry. All kitchen utensils are washed in the dishwasher at high temperatures between each guest change; bathrooms and surfaces are additionally disinfected.
