Our house Pini is the sixth house in our spacious resort nestled in the Piedmont hills around the village of Castelletto Uzzone. A paved lane leads you up the hill, through woods and meadows, right to the house. The property, with its generous terrace and heatable saltwater swimming pool, welcomes you in an oasis of pine, oak, and chestnut trees, offering sweeping views across the hills and valley. The house is secluded from the other houses. It offers space for up to four people over two floors. The house, the adjoining pool with terrace, and the fully fenced garden are exclusively yours (no other guests).

The two bedrooms, each with a king-size double bed, are located on the lower level. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and bidet/shower.

A washing machine in a separate room is available for your use during your stay, as are a clothes rack, iron and ironing board.

The ground floor, with its approximately 50 square meters, is bright and open; the modern living area is one with the modern and fully equipped kitchen. Large sliding windows on three sides offer fantastic views of the valley and its hills, provide access to the pool, and offer a shady spot when the summer sun is high. From here, you can access the approximately 25 sq m terrace with a saltwater infinity swimming pool (approx. 6.50 x 3.50 m, depth approx. 1.40 m).

The entire house has tiled floors and underfloor heating. The spacious terrace wraps around the house and is fully tiled. On the terrace, you can spend balmy summer evenings in our lounge area; awnings can be extended for sun protection. Enjoy relaxed barbecues; an electric grill is available for your use. The house is air-conditioned.

Free WiFi is available in the house and at the pool. Kitchen with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, coffee machine, dishes, cutlery, glasses, and pots. Open-plan living area with German satellite TV, sound system, comfortable sofa, and large windows overlooking the hills and valleys.

Ciriella 'Pini' is a non-smoking property; smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house or on the terraces.

The saltwater pool is exclusively for the use of Pini's guests. A ping-pong table is available for private use right next to the house.

The car can be conveniently parked in front of the covered ground floor, and suitcases and shopping can be easily unloaded. The property is enclosed by an electric gate. The entire house, including the garden, terrace, and parking spaces, is fenced (fence height approximately 1 meter).

Ciriella "Pini" is the sixth house in our spacious resort. It is located in an area near the village of Castelletto Uzzone in the province of Cuneo, Piedmont region, surrounded by woods and meadows at an altitude of approximately 677 meters above sea level. You can reach "Pini" via an asphalt road that leads directly to the house.

From Cortemilia, the nearest larger town, it's about 10 km. From the Strada Provinciale 52, drive uphill for about three kilometers until you reach Ciriella. Extensive hiking trails start right at the house. A fantastic area with superb motorcycle routes through small villages, offering plenty of curves and little traffic.

Day trips to Cinque Terre, the seaside (the idyllic town of Noli), the Barolo wine region, a motorcycle tour along the Ligurian border ridge road (Strada del Sale), or to the thermal springs of Acqui Terme. Every autumn, the world-famous truffle fair takes place in Alba, offering a full program of events. Stroll through unspoiled nature, discover the wonderful cuisine of Piedmont, or unwind with a glass of wine in the cozy atmosphere of Ciriella.

We will hand over the keys to you upon your arrival and give you an introduction to the property. We are happy to provide tips and information and are personally available to you during your stay in Ciriella should any problems arise.

Ciriella is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house or on the balconies.

We offer flexible arrival and departure days.

We place great importance on hygiene and cleanliness. All our bed linens and towels are cleaned and disinfected in our own laundry. All kitchen utensils are washed in the dishwasher at high temperatures between each guest departure, and bathrooms and surfaces are additionally disinfected.
